We worked with this company to review the costs of running the halogen lighting fitted in their storage whearhouse which was increasingly becoming unfit for purpose and expensive to run.

Offering facilities management services to the company we agreed and completed new lighting upgrades to the main whearhouse facility.

Work included installation of new 50 x NVC Oregano lighting units IK09 IP20 rated industrial LED Luminaries, which have increased the LUX levels from 220 to 620. The Wattage has decreased from the previous of 250 watts per fitting to a 154 watts per fitting, resulting in a significant reduction of energy usage. The overall energy consumption savings are estimated to be £9,500 per year.
